Study for Emotional Attachment Behavioral Therapy (EABT).
Over a 2-year period, adolescents received a 10-week EABT curriculum with a partner organization. They took the attachment style quiz at the beginning and the end of the 10-week session. These were the averages of the changes of all participants scores:
18% reduction in anxious attachment style scores
7% reduction in avoidant attachment style scores
14% reduction in fearful attachment style scores
5% increase in secure attachment style scores
