Study for Emotional Attachment Behavioral Therapy (EABT).

Over a 12 month period, a total of over 700 clients were split between EABT groups and control groups using other evidence based practices

  • 11% higher completion of treatment percentage

  • 13% higher transition to the next level of care rate

  • 46% lower Atypical Discharge rate

  • 18% higher completion rate with history of trauma

  • 21% higher completion rate ages 25 and under


Study for Emotional Attachment Behavioral Therapy (EABT).

Over a 2-year period, adolescents received a 10-week EABT curriculum with a partner organization. They took the attachment style quiz at the beginning and the end of the 10-week session. These were the averages of the changes of all participants scores:

  • 18% reduction in anxious attachment style scores

  • 7% reduction in avoidant attachment style scores

  • 14% reduction in fearful attachment style scores

  • 5% increase in secure attachment style scores
