Individual Practitioner Training

This abbreviated 6-hour individual practitioner training provides professionals with a practical, hands-on introduction to Emotional Attachment Behavioral Therapy (EABT).

Participants learn the core principles and objectives of the model, experience completing the same exercises their clients use, and practice guiding individuals through attachment-focused interventions. The training emphasizes understanding attachment patterns, core attachment stressors, coping skills, and building secure attachments, equipping practitioners with practical tools to strengthen client engagement, emotional safety, and long-term outcomes. Upon completion, participants are certified to use EABT in both one-on-one and group formats.

    1. The participant will be educated on the fundamentals and primary objectives of Emotional Attachment Behavioral Therapy.

    2. The participant will receive first-hand experience of completing and presenting EABT exercises that their clients will be doing.

    3. The participant will experience multiple practice opportunities of counseling a client through EABT exercises.
