Group Training

This interactive 16-hour group training provides professionals with a practical, hands-on introduction to Emotional Attachment Behavioral Therapy (EABT).

Participants learn the core principles and objectives of the model, experience completing the same exercises their clients use, and practice guiding individuals and groups through attachment-focused interventions. The training emphasizes understanding attachment patterns, core stressors, coping skills, and building secure support systems, while the interactive format helps bring teams closer together through shared learning and practice. Upon completion, participants are certified to apply EABT with clients, equipping them with practical tools to strengthen client engagement, emotional safety, and long-term outcomes.

    1. The participants will be educated on the fundamentals and primary objectives of Emotional Attachment Behavioral Therapy.

    2. The participants will receive first-hand experience of completing and presenting EABT exercises that their clients will be doing.

    3. The participants will experience multiple practice opportunities of counseling a client through EABT exercises both individually and in group sessions.
