Ethics in Action Training

46% of helping professionals report feeling burned out often or very often, a significant increase from 32% in 2018.

This interactive 6-hour training provides a supportive space for counselors, therapists, peer support specialists, and social workers to explore how their attachment patterns impact their professional well-being while earning ethics continuing education credits. Participants engage in guided discussions, reflection, and self-assessments, creating an opportunity to work on areas they often do not have time to address, such as strengthening professional boundaries, building emotional resilience, and developing a sustainable self-care plan. The training helps professionals recognize signs of burnout, access peer and supervisory support, and reconnect with their purpose in a practical, reflective, and empowering experience.
